L是长期签证Long Stay的缩写，一般指长期居住签证/许可（Residence Permit)、永久居留许可(Permanent Residence Permit)或绿卡。 1. L-Permit/Residence Permit (for non-EU citizens）非欧盟公民的长期签证，又称“红卡” 意大利政府签发的长期居民证件，有效期与持有者的在意居留有效期限相同，且可以续期至80岁；允许申请者长期定居意大利并在意工作、生活和学习等，免签入境27个申根国及欧盟国家。
