如何查是否签下签证？
我签的是美国B2旅游签证，当时是委托中介办的，中介给了个邮件，让我把护照寄过去（之前要交护照给中介办），然后发给我一个查询地址： URL 我就按上面的时间输入，查到如下结果： 日期： Thu Nov 07， 2013 5：47am +0800 (中国标准时间)
From： NVS To： *** Subject： US Visa Status Change Notice： visa case #######
