谢邀 首先，简单介绍UTS。(为什么要先说这个呢，因为有人提到UTS和西澳大学比，我西大不比你UTS差！！）
1. UTS是2001年成立的，建校时间短，所以资金方面肯定要比老牌大学充足；
2. UTS以商科和工科出名的，建筑环境也是强势学科，商科的会计，金融这些也是公认的强势；
3. 因为成立时间的关系，校园设施比较新，学校位于悉尼市中心，交通生活都很方便；
4. 在国外留学，选择学校所在地也是一件重要的事，悉尼作为澳洲第一大城市，各种资源都是最多的，就业机会也最多；而且澳洲人口最多的城市墨尔本是移民的优先城市之一，如果回国发展，一线城市待遇也好。

This master’s degree has been developed by industry for industry， ensuring your learning reflects the current state of practice and provides you with the edge needed for your professional development.
The program covers key areas in human resource management (HRM) including strategic HRM， leadership and change， diversity and inclusive employment， work and organizational psychology as well as training and development. You will learn about the theoretical foundations of HRM while exploring case studies and current research findings from leading international journals.
Assessment is via a combination of practical projects， essays， presentations and examinations. A major feature of this master's degree is the opportunity provided through our extensive industry links. Students are exposed to real-world challenges faced by organisations today through company-sponsored projects and industry guest lectures.
All students are required to complete an industry-based project which allows you to put into practice what you have learned and apply it in a real work context．This project brings together ideas and insights gained throughout the program， providing a comprehensive overview of how these can be applied on a day-to-day basis. It also helps you gain an understanding of your own strengths， weaknesses and any future needs that require further study or training.
